Delicious broth made with beef meat and bones, ideal base for all types of soup enhancement. From simple bouillon hot pot to just simple seafood soup.

INGREDIENTS

Beef meat, bones, vegetable oil, carrot, onion, celery, garlic, tomatoes, salt and pepper

ALLERGENS

Manufactured on equipment that also processes: Milk, eggs, fish, crustaceans, tree nuts, sulphur dioxide, peanuts, wheat, soybean, mollusks, celery, mustard, sesame, lupin.

HEATING INSTRUCTIONS

In Microwave

• Open the pouch and transfer the stock in a microwavable bowl
• Add few drop of water and cover with plastic film
• Process 3 minutes at 800W then stir, repeat if necessary
• Serve and enjoy

• Set the temperature at 80°C (just below simmering point)
• Plunge the pouch in water or in steamer for 15 minutes
• Remove pouch from the water (be aware of hot temperature)
• Open the pouch and serve

Reheat via stove or induction

• Defrost and remove stock from the pouch.
• Bring to boil 'til simmer, and serve warm together with ingredients as per your liking.
