    STORAGE
    Our bread are made with NO preservatives. Keep in a cool dry place and consume within 2 - 3 days at ambient, or refrigerate in an air-tight container for up to 1 week if you have a humid kitchen. To extend shelf-life, keep frozen in an air-tight container for up to 6 months with little compromise on tase or texture. Simply toast them lightly for that extra YUM!

    We bake our products in small batches, cooled and blast-freezed to lock in the freshness and for food safety, ensuring that they will always stays fresh at our stockists. UPGRAIN's exceptional taste comes from the fact that we only use the premium ingredients & no preservatives in our production. 

    As our products contain no added preservatives, they are best enjoyed within 2-3 days at ambient or up to 1 week in the chiller.  Alternatively, you can extend its shelf-life by storing your UPGRAIN bread properly in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 6 months, with no compromise on taste & texture.
