    INGREDIENTSĀ  Wheat ļ¬‚our, natural ļ¬bre extracts (from whole grains, vegetables and fruit), wheat gluten, toasted soy ļ¬‚our, rice ļ¬‚our, water, raisins soaked in orange juice, citrus peel, butter, egg yolk, white sugar, brown sugar, milk powder, vanilla extract, yeast, salt, cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg.

    Our breads are made with NO preservatives. Keep in a cool dry place and consume within 2-3 days at ambient, or refrigerate in an air-tight container for up to 1 week if you have a humid kitchen. To extend shelf-life, keep frozen Ā in an air-tight container for up to 6 months with little compromise on taste or texture. Ā Simply toast them lightly for that extra YUM!

    As our products contain no added preservatives, they are best enjoyed within 2-3 days at ambient or up to 1 week in the chiller. Ā Alternatively, you can extend its shelf-life by storing your UPGRAIN bread properly in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 6 months, with no compromise on taste & texture.
