Whipped Ricotta and Kiwi Brioche
Brioche bread:
- UPGRAIN® Brioche Loaf (2 slices)
Ingredients:
- 1 Ripe Avocado
- 2 Cherry Tomatoes
- 2 Shallots
- 2 Cloves of Garlic
- 1 Lemon
- Coriander
- Cumin
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- ½ cup Smoked Salmon
- ¼ cup Alfalfa Sprouts
- 2 Cherry Tomatoes
- Butter
Cooking Instructions:
- Peel & chop the 2 cloves of garlic.
- Chop up the cherry tomatoes into 3-4 pieces.
- Chop up the coriander and shallots finely.
- Cut into and remove avocado seed from the avocado, before mashing the avocado until creamy.
- Combine mashed avocado with the garlic, cherry tomatoes, coriander and shallots, before giving a squeeze of lemon juice into the mix.
- Add cumin, salt and black pepper to taste.
- Spread some butter on the 2 slides of UPGRAIN® Brioche bread and toast each side until brown and crisp.
- Spread guacamole on toast to preferred portion.
- Chop cherry tomatoes thinly.
- Spread cherry tomatoes, alfalfa sprouts, then smoked salmon proportionately on top of the toast.
- Serve and enjoy!
Avocado and Smoked Salmon Brioche
Brioche bread:
- UPGRAIN® Brioche Loaf (2 slices)
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe avocado
- ½ tablespoon of lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3-4 slices of smoked salmon
- Sprinkle of crushed red pepper flakes
Cooking Instructions:
- Toast a slice of UPGRAIN® Brioche Loaf.
- Use a fork to mash the avocado meat.
- Add in the lime juice, salt and pepper then mix well to combine.
- Spread the avocado mixture onto the bread.
- Add on your slices of smoked salmon.
- Sprinkle some crushed red pepper flakes on top, and enjoy!
Nutella and Apple Brioche
Brioche bread:
- UPGRAIN® Brioche Loaf (2 slices)
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon of Nutella or hazelnut chocolate spread
- 5-6 thin slices of apple
- Handful of granola for topping
Cooking Instructions:
- Toast a slice of UPGRAIN® Brioche Loaf.
- Spread the Nutella onto the toast.
- Add on your apple slices.
- Sprinkle on a handful of granola mix and enjoy!
