    Indulge in a bowlful of comfort with our latest creation: Cheesy Corn Ramen! Elevate your noodle game with this quick, convenient, and oh-so-delicious recipe that brings together the perfect blend of rich, cheesy goodness and the natural sweetness of corn.

    Cheesy Corn Ramen

    Serves 1

    Noodles:

    Ingredients:

    • 1 can of corn
    • Mozzarella Cheese
    • Butter
    • 1 Clove of garlic, chopped

      Cooking Instructions:

      1. Prepare garlic clove and mince or chop the garlic finely. 
      2. Boil the UPGRAIN® ½-carb ramen according to instructions and set aside.
      3. In a pan, heat up a spoonful of butter. Once melted, toss in the chopped garlic. Sautee until browning and fragrant. 
      4. Drain the corn and add it to the mix. Stir to allow corn to absorb the flavour of the garlicky butter. Combine thoroughly.
      5. Top the mix with grated mozzarella cheese to your liking.
      6. Pour the creamy, cheesy mix over the ½-carb ramen. Season with salt & pepper to taste.
      7. Top the ramen with more mozzarella cheese and torch where possible. 
      8. Serve & enjoy!
