    UPGRAIN®’s Guacamole on Toast

    Guacamole on Toast

    Serves 2

    Brioche bread:


    Ingredients:

    • 1 Ripe Avocado
    • 2 Cherry Tomatoes
    • 2 Shallots
    • 2 Cloves of Garlic
    • 1 Lemon
    • Coriander
    • Cumin
    • Salt
    • Black Pepper
    • ½ cup Smoked Salmon
    • ¼ cup Alfalfa Sprouts
    • 2 Cherry Tomatoes
    • Butter

      Cooking Instructions:

      1. Peel & chop the 2 cloves of garlic.
      2. Chop up the cherry tomatoes into  3-4 pieces.
      3. Chop up the coriander and shallots finely.
      4. Cut into and remove avocado seed from the avocado, before mashing the avocado until creamy.
      5. Combine mashed avocado with the garlic, cherry tomatoes, coriander and shallots, before giving a squeeze of lemon juice into the mix.
      6. Add cumin, salt and black pepper to taste.
      7. Spread some butter on the 2 slides of UPGRAIN® Brioche bread and toast each side until brown and crisp.
      8. Spread guacamole on toast to preferred portion.
      9. Chop cherry tomatoes thinly. 
      10. Spread cherry tomatoes, alfalfa sprouts, then smoked salmon proportionately on top of the toast.
      11. Serve and enjoy!
