    UPGRAIN®’s Stacked Beef Bacon Burger

    Stacked, packed, and purely delicious! Introducing our mouthwatering Stacked Beef Bacon Burger featuring UPGRAIN®'s low-carb, high-fibre Sun-Dried Tomato Buns. Not only do these buns elevate the burger game, but they also bring a nutritious twist to the table. 

    Each bite is a symphony of flavours, with savoury beef, crispy bacon, and the wholesome goodness of our specially crafted buns. Because who says nutritious can't be utterly delicious?

    Stacked Beef Bacon Burger

    Serves 1

    Sun-dried Tomato Bun:

    Ingredients:

    • 1 tablespoon of melted butter
    • 1 tablespoon of cooking oil
    • 1 tablespoon of dijon mustard
    • 1 small wheel of Camembert cheese, sliced into half horizontally
    • ½ cup of arugula / rocket
    • 2 beef burger patties
    • 2 slices of tomato
    • 2 rashers of bacon

      Cooking Instructions:

      1. Put the butter in a heated pan or skillet.
      2. Slice the UPGRAIN® Sun-dried Tomato Bun into half horizontally.
      3. Toast both sides of the bun, cut side down, for about 1-2 minutes, until the buns are golden and toasty.
      4. Spread some dijon mustard onto both halves of the bun.
      5. Heat up the cooking oil in a clean pan.
      6. Fry your burger patties to your preferred doneness.
      7. Fry up your bacon, we like it crispy!
