Stacked Beef Bacon Burger

Signature buns:
- 1 pc of UPGRAIN® Sun-dried Tomato Bun
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon of melted butter
- 1 tablespoon of cooking oil
- 1 tablespoon of dijon mustard
- 1 small wheel of Camembert cheese, sliced into half horizontally
- ½ cup of arugula / rocket
- 2 beef burger patties
- 2 slices of tomato
- 2 rashers of bacon
Cooking Instructions:
- Put the butter in a heated pan or skillet.
- Slice the UPGRAIN® Sun-dried Tomato Bun into half horizontally.
- Toast both sides of the bun, cut side down, for about 1-2 minutes, until the buns are golden and toasty.
- Spread some dijon mustard onto both halves of the bun.
- Heat up the cooking oil in a clean pan.
- Fry your burger patties to your preferred doneness.
- Fry up your bacon, we like it crispy!
