Ingredients:
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp light soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp dark soy
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 5 thinly sliced Shiitake mushrooms
- 50g blanched bean sprouts
- 60g chopped spring onions/scallions (5cm long)
- 60g chopped chives (5cm long)
Cooking Instructions:
- Mix a tablespoon of boiling water to the sugar and salt to dissolve them, before combining it with the light soy sauce, oyster sauce and sesame oil.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large wok. Start by stir-frying the mushrooms, chives and spring onions for 2-3 minutes.
- Boil UPGRAIN® ½-carb noodle according to instructions, and toss with the sauce. Be sure not to break the noodles!
- Add sesame oil to taste, garnish with chives or scallions.
