    Stir-Fried Noodles

    Serves 1

    Noodles:

    Ingredients:

    • 1 tsp sugar
    • 1 tsp salt⁣
    • 2 tbsp light soy sauce
    • 2 tbsp oyster sauce⁣
    • 1 tbsp dark soy⁣
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil⁣
    • 1 tbsp vegetable oil⁣
    • 5 thinly sliced Shiitake mushrooms
    • 50g blanched bean sprouts
    • 60g chopped spring onions/scallions (5cm long)
    • 60g chopped chives (5cm long)

      Cooking Instructions:

      1. Mix a tablespoon of boiling water to the sugar and salt to dissolve them, before combining it with the light soy sauce, oyster sauce and sesame oil.⁣
      2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large wok. Start by stir-frying the mushrooms, chives and spring onions for 2-3 minutes.⁣
      3. Boil UPGRAIN® ½-carb noodle according to instructions, and toss with the sauce. Be sure not to break the noodles!⁣
      4. Add sesame oil to taste, garnish with chives or scallions.
