Noodles:
- 1 packet of UPGRAIN® ½-carb Ramen
Ingredients:
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ½ cup Tofu cubes
- ¼ cup Carrots
- Green onions to taste
- ¼ cup Bok Choy ribbons
- 2 tbsp Coconut cream
- 2 tsp Thai curry paste
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- Sesame seeds
- Chilli Padis
Cooking Instructions:
- Add 2 tsp of Thai curry paste and 2 tbsp of coconut cream to the bottom of the mason jar.
- Pack in your tofu cubes and chopped vegetables to form the next layer.
- Break up our UPGRAIN® ½-carb Ramen to fit them nicely on top of the vegetables.
- Drizzle 2 tsp of soy sauce, sesame seeds and chilli padis on the noodles to season.
- Finally, add 2 cups of boiling water into the jar when ready to consume.
- Simply toss them up and enjoy your delicious Thai Curry Ramen in just 40-60 seconds!
