STORAGE
Fridge: Our Mee Kia egg noodles are 100% natural with no preservatives. The vacuum-bag keeps them good for 1 month in the fridge. Once open, we recommend that you consume them within 3 days. Keep chilled.
Freezer: If you wish to extend the shelf-life, please keep them frozen for up to 6 months.

HOW UPGRAIN® COMPARES (per 100g serve)
HOW TO COOK UPGRAIN FRESH NOODLES
As our noodles are fresh and 100% natural, avoid separating them until they are fully thawed to avoid breaking the strands.
PREPARATION
If chilled, leave the Mee Kia noodle pack at room temperature for 30-60 minutes.
If frozen, allow noodles to thaw overnight in the fridge or for 2 hours at room temperature.
COOKING INSTRUCTION
- Remove noodles from the vacuum-sealed bag. Air them at room temperature for 45 mins. Once softened, carefully separate the strands.
- Place noodles into boiling water and give it a gentle stir to prevent any clumping. Cook until al dente (30-40 seconds).
- Drain and do a quick rinse under running tap water to stop noodles from cooking further. Toss with a savoury sauce or in a rich broth, add your condiments and sides. Serve immediately for the best taste.
OPTIONAL: If you’re not consuming the noodles immediately, or like your noodles hot, place them back into boiling water for an additional 5 seconds before serving.
