    Add oomph to your favourite comfort food with our delicious and versatile UPGRAIN®  Ramen noodles. Toss it with a savoury sauce or serve it in a rich, thick broth. 

    The best thing about UPGRAIN® Ramen is that they taste like your favourite everyday noodles but with only ½ the carbs and 6x more fibre! We make our Ramen in small batches in Singapore, using only 100% natural ingredients and 0 preservatives.

    STORAGE  
    Fridge: The vacuum-sealed bag keeps them good for 1 month in the fridge. Once opened, we recommend that you consume them within 3 days and stored in the fridge.

    Freezer: Extend shelf-life of your unopened pack in the freezer for up to 6 months.

    HOW TO COOK UPGRAIN FRESH NOODLES

    As our noodles are fresh and 100% natural, avoid separating them until they are fully thawed to avoid breaking the strands.

    PREPARATION

    If chilled, leave the Ramen noodle pack at room temperature for 30-60 minutes.

    If frozen, allow noodles to thaw overnight in the fridge or for 2 hours at room temperature.

    COOKING INSTRUCTION

    1. Remove noodles from the vacuum-sealed bag. Air them at room temperature for 45 mins. Once softened, carefully separate the strands.
    2. Place noodles into boiling water and give it a gentle stir to prevent any clumping. Cook until al dente (40-60 seconds).
    3. Drain and do a quick rinse under running tap water to stop noodles from cooking further. Toss with a savoury sauce or in a rich broth, add your condiments and sides. Serve immediately for the best taste.

    OPTIONAL: If you’re not consuming the noodles immediately, or like your noodles hot, place them back into boiling water for an additional 5 seconds before serving.
