Beef Wellington and all products are prepared in small batches by award-winning Chef Chevalier Julien Bompard, a French native renowned for his epicurean creations. @Chefjulienbompard

    INGREDIENTS: Beef tenderloin, mushrooms, spinach, shallots, milk, wheat, soy, rice, tapioca, butter, olive oil, garlic, water, black pepper and sea salt.

    ALLERGENS: Manufacture on equipment that also processes milk, egg, fish, crustacean, tree nuts, sulphur dioxide, peanuts, wheat, soybean, mollusc, celery, mustard, sesame and lupin.

    Serving Portions: 5-6 portions

    Storage: -18°C - Frozen all time. Do not refreeze after defrosting

    Reheating Instruction:

    Remove the wellington from the packaging, place it on a baking tray, let it defrost for 30 minutes at room temperature. Bake it in a preheated oven at 220°C for 30 minutes, then continue baking at 180°C for another 10 minutes. After baking, remove from the oven and let it rest for at least 15 minutes before serving. Take note that baking time may vary according to the oven size and temperature settings.

    By applying food science to conventional cooking techniques, we've managed to emulate what we love in carbs with less of it. We do this with all natural, food-grade ingredients, without any preservatives or nasties.

    Our products contain mainly different grains, starchy root vegetables and edible plant-based dietary fibre.

    Through a process we call Uplift. By applying food science to conventional cooking techniques, we've managed to emulate what we love about the texture, mouthfeel and taste of regular carb foods, but with less of the actual carbs.

    We deliver island-wide, excluding Pulau Ubin and off-shore islands. We bake and deliver daily with the exceptions of Sundays.

    Our products come with zero preservatives and it's recommended to be consumed within 2 days. Keeping UPGRAIN products in the fridge will generally last a month. For longer durations, you can freeze them.
